| SHIPPING POLICY |
- We ship Internationally through EMS by Japan Postal Service.
Shipping and Handring charge is included in a price for International shipping.
- Our procucts usually ship within 3 weeks after the order deadline.
- Unfortunately, you can't choose the date and time of delivery. However,
we'll provide you with your EMS tracking number.
We are not responsible for shipping errors, lost or damaged shipments.
EMS have the insurance program in place that provides a maximum of 2 million
yen for any lost or damage.

| PAYMENT |
- Major credit cards (VISA/Master/JCB/AMEX) are available via Paypal.
We are NOT accept Cash/ Money order/ Cashiers check/ Personal check/ any
Postal or Bank check.
- All orders will be prepaid prior to shipping.
After confirmation of the order and reception of its payment, we'll begin
processing your job.
- Duties, taxes, VAT and import costs are not included in the cost of delivery.
These fees are charged to you by the country of destination, based on the
value of shipment and class of goods.
These costs will be billed to you by the carrier.
Please refer to your country's specific customs and excise regulations.

| RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY |
- Please understand that we cannot accept returns or cancel, because each
item is custom manufactured.
- We make sure of the quality control of our products, if you receive an
article that is defective or doesn't conform or damaged to what you ordered,
you must be reported within 7 days upon receipt for valid exchange or replacement.
We'll send a corrected product out to you right away. The product which
you used partly is unacceptable for return.
- We are not liable for customer mistakes including incorrect sizing, colors
or local laws.
